What we do?
Patios
Patios serve as serene spaces for relaxation and entertainment. They are meticulously designed, blending aesthetics and functionality, to create a harmonious environment. The choice of materials and design reflects the homeowner's style and preferences.
Driveways
Driveways are essential, providing access to and from the property. They are constructed with durability and appearance in mind, often using materials like concrete, asphalt, or pavers, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance.
Pooldecks
Pool decks are the areas surrounding swimming pools, designed with both safety and aesthetics in mind. They are constructed using materials that are slip-resistant and can withstand constant water exposure, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Artificial Grass
Artificial grass is a practical, low-maintenance landscaping option, offering a lush, green appearance all year round. It is especially useful in areas with water restrictions or where natural grass struggles to thrive, providing an evergreen surface.
Sidewalk & Walkway
Sidewalks and walkways are essential components of urban and suburban landscapes, providing safe paths for pedestrians. They are constructed with user safety and accessibility in mind, often using materials like concrete or paving stones.
Repair
Repair services are crucial for maintaining the integrity and appearance of structures and surfaces. They involve fixing damages, replacing worn-out parts, and ensuring that everything is in optimal working condition, prolonging the lifespan of the property.
Remodel
Remodeling involves altering existing structures to improve functionality, aesthetics, or to accommodate new needs. It is a comprehensive process that can transform spaces, enhancing their utility and appearance, reflecting current trends and personal preferences.
Sealer
Sealers are applied to surfaces to protect them from damage caused by water, UV rays, and other environmental factors. They preserve the material's integrity, prolong its lifespan, and often enhance its appearance by enriching color and adding sheen.
Pressure Wash
Pressure washing is a cleaning method that uses high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, mold, and other contaminants from surfaces. It is an effective way to maintain the appearance and integrity of buildings, driveways, and other outdoor structures.
How we do?
Understand how our service process works step by step:
Free Consultation
Reach out for a free consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and vision for the space. Based on the consultation, receive a detailed quote covering the costs of materials, labor, and any additional features or services.
Planning
Evaluate the area to be paved. Determine the purpose of the paved area (e.g., driveway, walkway, patio). Measure the area to calculate the amount of materials needed. Choose the type of paving material (e.g., asphalt, concrete, pavers).
Hardscape Design
Consider the overall landscape and how the paved area will fit into it. Think about adding elements like retaining walls, water features, benches, or planters to enhance the space.
Preparation
Clear the area of any debris, plants, or obstacles. Excavate the area to the required depth, considering the base and the thickness of the paving material. Ensure proper drainage by setting a slight slope.
Base Installation
Lay a sub-base, typically made of crushed stone, to provide stability. Compact the sub-base using a mechanical compactor. Ensure the base is level and at the desired slope for drainage.
Edge Restraints
Install edge restraints around the perimeter of the area to be paved. Begin the installation of hardscape elements like retaining walls, planters, or water features, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with the paving.
Laying & Joint Filling
Sweep sand over the pavers to fill the joints. Compact the pavers to help settle the sand into the joints. Add more sand and repeat the process until the joints are filled.
Sealing (Optional)
Once the paving material has set, apply a sealer to protect it from stains, UV rays, and weather damage.
Paver Care
Regularly inspect the paved and hardscaped areas for wear, cracks, or any signs of shifting. Clean the surfaces periodically to remove dirt and stains. Reapply sealer as needed, typically every few years. Ensure hardscape elements like water features are functioning correctly and are free from debris.
